How do I know counselling is right for me?

Counselling is a very personal decision and as the relationship is key I would guide you to go with your instinct as to whether you think we can work together.

Am I weak if I see a counsellor?

Initial contact – how do I take the first step?

I am happy to accept booking enquiries/questions via the contact me form on this website or by telephone or email. No question is silly and if I am not able to answer straight away, I will endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours during the week or 72 hours if you contact me at the weekend.

We can have an initial assessment session which allows you to discuss what you would like to get out of counselling.

How many sessions should I need?

What if I need urgent support?

Fees

I charge £50 per 50 minute session which is payable before we proceed on the day of our session. My bank details are as follows:
